WE MAKE BEAUTY

 

We Make Beauty wanted to use social to grow brand awareness. In order to do this, we utilized Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and maintained a blog updated weekly.

Over 13 months....

  • Instagram grew 97.6%

  • Pinterest grew 344.6%


For We Make Beauty, each platform lent itself to a specific age demographic. 

We Make Beauty wanted to push its luxury items (La Prairie, Sisley Paris, etc.), however they also carried more budget-friendly options like Revlon, NYX, and W7. 

We used Facebook to target the older demographic and focused much of its content around skincare, its uses and the benefits of the particular products We Make Beauty carried.

We used  Instagram to speak mainly to the younger demographic, incorporating more lifestyle-based content like full makeup looks, quotes and flatlays. 

We Make Beauty's blog was integral in our growth on Pinterest. 

For every blog post, we created an adjoining Pinterest graphic to promote the blog article on Pinterest and post within We Make Beauty's boards as well as makeup and skincare related group boards that We Make Beauty was a part of. 

This not only spread brand awareness for We Make Beauty across Pinterest for contributing content that added value to its fans lives, but also pushed traffic back to their website.
